Three. Regular inspection and maintenance: Regular maintenance and inspection should be carried out by mold maintenance and upper and lower mold personnel.
1. Daily routine inspection and maintenance:
1.1 Whether the mold in operation is in normal condition
a. Whether there is low pressure mode locking protection;
b. Are moving parts such as guide posts, ejector rods, and row positions worn and well-lubricated? It is required to add oil at least 12 hours, and the special structure should increase the number of refueling.
c. Whether the screws and clamping clamp of the mold fixing template are loose;
1.2 Normal production conditions: check whether the defects of the product are related to the mold;
1.3 A comprehensive inspection and anti-rust treatment should be carried out on the mold when unloading: dry the water in the cavity, core, ejector mechanism and row position and spray the mold anti-rust agent or apply butter.
1.4 The mold should be placed in the designated place and recorded: (1) the condition of the mold: good or to be repaired. (2) The rust prevention treatment method when the mold is set.
2. Regular quarterly checks:
It is mainly to clean and maintain the molds that have not been used for more than two months.
2.1 Open the mold and check the internal anti-rust effect. If there is any abnormal situation, the anti-rust treatment should be carried out again. Molds that have not been used for a long time must be buttered.
2.2 Put back in place and make records.
Four. Maintenance precautions:
1. Non-professional maintenance personnel or without the permission of professional maintenance personnel, can not dismantle the mold maintenance.
2 Small faults occur in the production process, the machine personnel can be solved according to the situation. Such as: 2.1 nozzle mold:
Use a copper needle to knock out at the feed nozzle. Do not knock the mold with a hard object such as a steel needle. 2.2 Slight mold marks in the cavity, polishing materials can be selected according to the finish of the cavity. Abrasive paper and other polishing materials can not be used on the grain surface, generally with a copper brush dipped in diamond plaster or diamond mortar scrub, completed by professional maintenance personnel. 2.3 Product sticking mold: Generally use hot plastic to cover the product and ejection parts, and ejection after cooling. If using fire, be careful not to damage the mold surface.
3. When professional personnel repair mold, can not change the structure at will, need to change the structure must be approved by the quality engineering department can be carried out.
